Shipping policy

We ship frozen products Monday through Thursday, so delivery usually takes place Tuesday through Friday. There are no deliveries over the weekend. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically shipped the next business day after we receive them. Delivery takes place no earlier than two business days after we receive your order.

The delivery times we specify are non-binding unless we have expressly confirmed them as binding. If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, the delivery times will be extended accordingly.

If the customer would like to receive the goods at a later date, they can specify this during the ordering process.

We strongly recommend a minimum order quantity of 10 kg for frozen goods. This allows us to ensure that the goods remain optimally chilled throughout the entire delivery process and arrive at your location in perfect condition.

Shipping is available exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
